Key Responsibilities
Verify POs for item details, quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
Ensure accurate PO preparation as per approved requirements.
Lead and supervise the PO creation team; allocate work and monitor performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts/Finance and Vendors.
Identify and resolve PO discrepancies and amendments.
Track pending POs, approvals and delivery schedules.
Maintain proper PO records and prepare purchase reports.
Ensure company procurement processes are followed and reduce PO errors.

Required Skills
2–3 years’ experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
Solid knowledge of POs and procurement processes.
Team handling/coordination experience.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Garment, apparel, textile or trading industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
