Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage all electrical-related works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance coordination of electrical systems while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at project sites.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, cabling, lighting systems, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Verify contractor bills and material quantities.
Coordinate with government authorities and electricity boards for approvals and inspections.
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.




Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at site.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and site execution.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance.

Preferred Experience
Experience in residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, or township projects.
Knowledge of green building standards and energy-productive systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
