Key Responsibilities:
Handle MEP site activities and project execution at assigned residential project sites.
Execute and supervise Fire Fighting system installations.
Carry out Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (ITC) activities.
Manage Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and Pump Room installations.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely delivery of materials at site.
Liaise and coordinate with contractors, clients, consultants, architects, and other agencies.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project requirements and safety standards.
Required Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Fire Fighting works at residential project sites.
Knowledge of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler Systems, and Pump Room installations.
Familiarity with Installation, Testing, and Commissioning procedures.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates possessing a two-wheeler will be preferred.
