We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Team Lead who can architect, lead, and deliver.What You’ll Do
Lead a team of 7+ engineers to deliver scalable, secure web applications and mobile apps.
Architect cloud‑first solutions from business requirements.
Contribute in feature development.
Maintain code quality and maintainability.
Optimize SDLC for speed and quality.
Drive Git strategies across GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Communicate seamlessly with clients and internal teams.
Keep projects on track using JIRA.

What You Bring
Robust in .NET (8 and above), MS SQL/PostgreSQL.
Proven cloud‑first development expertise.
Experience delivering web & mobile apps end‑to‑end.
Detail‑oriented leadership with sharp communication skills.

Nice to Have
AI exposure, certifications.
Familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, and contemporary stacks.

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per month
