Qualification:

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
MBA (Marketing / Finance / Project Management / Operations / Entrepreneurship Development)
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science or Commerce

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Metal, Mining, Energy, Electrical, or related industrial sectors.
Candidates having experience in Electrical Projects, Solar EPC, Tendering, or Industrial Business Development will be given preference.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in identifying and developing current business opportunities.
Regularly track and update management regarding government and private tenders and participate in bid decision processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and business acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, industries, consultants,



and government departments.
Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business growth.
Follow up with prospective clients and support closure of business opportunities.

Desired Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of tendering and industrial business processes
Basic understanding of Electrical/Solar systems preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and Documentation
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
