Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Perform basic production operations such as CNC, grinding, cutting, drilling, milling, turning, or tool finishing as required.
Understand and follow drawing, process sheets, and basic measurements.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and gauges.
Maintain required quality standards and identify defects during production.
Complete production targets within the specified time.
Maintain proper machine cleanliness and workplace 5S.
Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
Record production and inspection details accurately.
Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, and breakdowns to the supervisor.
Support senior operators and production team in day-to-day activities.
Follow company attendance, discipline, and other applicable policies.
