Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance customers.
Explain motor insurance products, coverage, perks, exclusions, and terms to customers.
Prepare and share insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
Handle current policy sales, renewals, and policy servicing.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and renewals.
Assist customers with policy-related queries and service requests.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and other requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and policy details in the CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer requests within the required TAT.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Support customers during the policy lifecycle and provide appropriate assistance when required.
