Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact, understanding client goals, offering tailored solutions, and conducting regular reviews.
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling products/services.
Issue Resolution: Address client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
Strategy & Reporting: Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies and report on performance.
Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to meet client needs.
