Quality Management
Maintain product quality standards.
Implement quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintenance Management
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
Cost and Budget Control
Prepare and manage the plant budget.
Monitor operating costs and identify cost-saving prospects.
Improve productivity while maintaining quality and safety.
Inventory and Supply Chain
Ensure adequate availability of raw materials.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste.
Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams.
People Management
Lead, motivate, and develop plant employees.




Conduct performance evaluations and training.
Resolve employee issues and foster teamwork.
Continuous Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen initiatives.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, and efficiency.
Drive innovation and operational excellence.
Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
Production output
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Scrap/rejection rate
Downtime
Safety incidents
On-time delivery
Labor productivity
Customer and Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and supply chain departments.
Support customer audits and address customer complaints.
Report plant performance to senior management.
