Key Responsibilities:
Managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Campaign planning, setup & optimization
Lead generation & performance marketing
Creative testing & audience targeting
Campaign scaling & budget management
Daily monitoring, reporting & performance analysis
Coordination with creative/content team for ad creatives
Handling multiple client accounts efficiently

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Understanding of latest Meta updates & ad strategies




Experience in lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion API & tracking
Valuable understanding of CPL, ROAS & campaign optimization
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Agency experience preferred
Candidates with real campaign scaling experience
Immediate joiners preferred
