Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock movement, documentation, and coordination with transporters and clients to ensure smooth warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward material movement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and clients for dispatch planning.
Prepare warehouse reports, MIS, and stock reports.
Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counting.
Ensure compliance with safety and SOP guidelines.




Resolve operational issues and support smooth warehouse functioning.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and client requirements.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage daily operations.
Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

Working Conditions:
- Warehouse operational setting.
Rotational shifts may be applicable based on business requirements.
