Are you someone who enjoys working with WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, customer communication, and campaign execution? Join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp & SMS campaigns.
Create and schedule bulk communication campaigns as per business requirements.
Manage campaign databases and ensure accurate customer segmentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements.
Track campaign delivery, engagement, responses, and overall performance.
Prepare regular campaign reports and share insights with the management.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and follow up on campaign-related issues.
Maintain campaign records and ensure data accuracy.
Suggest improvements to increase campaign reach and engagement.





Requirements
1–2 years of experience in WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, RCS, bulk messaging, or campaign management.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with large databases and meet deadlines.
Experience with WhatsApp Business/API or bulk SMS platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–2 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹32,553.13 per month
