JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

Position: Telecaller Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and requirements.
Generate leads through telephone calls.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Maintain customer details and call records in Excel/system.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships.




Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Hindi and Telugu language skills will be an added advantage.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and responsible.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
