Responsibilities
Lead a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Architect, design, and implement blockchain solutions using various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps),



and blockchain protocols.
Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and industry developments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain development.
Drive innovation and contribute to the company's blockchain strategy.
Participate in the development of documentation, tutorials, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Robust proficiency in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, smart contract development, and DApp development.
Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
