Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Experienced Staff Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care and support exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will deliver secure, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide protected, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and their families.
Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
2–5 years of hospital experience.
Experience in medical, surgical, ICU, emergency, or specialty wards is preferred.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
