The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure protected, effective, and timely production in accordance with approved production plans, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs, process parameters, and batch instructions.
Monitor consumption of raw materials, utilities, and other production inputs.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning for smooth production operations.
Monitor product quality and immediately report deviations or abnormalities.
Ensure proper documentation of batch records, production reports, and material consumption.
Identify and address production problems, breakdowns, and process deviations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.




Minimize production losses, wastage, downtime, and rework.
Train and guide operators and production workers.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Submit daily production and shift reports to the Production Manager.
Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform such other duties, responsibilities, and special assignments as may be delegated by the Management from time to time, consistent with the position and business requirements.
