We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to go out into the market, meet potential customers/retailers/distributors, and generate sales for our product. This is a hands-on, on-ground role focused on daily visits, relationship building, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas/territories daily to meet potential customers, retailers, or distributors
Pitch and sell company products/services face-to-face
Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
Take orders and ensure timely delivery/collection coordination
Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
Report daily visits, orders, and collections to the manager (via app, sheet, or call)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Gather market feedback and share competitor insights





Required Skills & Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in field sales/direct sales (freshers welcome)
Positive communication and convincing skills
Comfortable traveling daily within the assigned territory
Basic smartphone usage
Self-motivated and target-driven
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

Preferred Qualities
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or direct sales
Local market knowledge of the assigned territory
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
