The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete process, including design preparation, laser cutting/engraving, machine operation, and finished product quality checking.
Key requirements:
Hands-on experience operating CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machines.
Experience in granite/stone photo engraving is highly preferred.
Experience in cutting and engraving MDF, acrylic, plastic sheets, and similar materials.
Knowledge of ceramic tile sandblasting and stencil preparation.
Positive knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, AutoCAD, RDWorks, or similar design/laser software.
Ability to convert customer-provided photographs, logos, text, drawings, and artwork into machine-ready designs.
Ability to independently set laser power, speed, focus, and other machine parameters based on the material.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Ability to minimize material wastage and maintain valuable-quality output.
