We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and result-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the FMCG or Automotive Spare Parts industry. The candidate will be responsible for territory sales, dealer/distributor management, market development, new customer acquisition and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops and customers.
Identify and acquire recent customers and expand the existing customer network.
Conduct regular market visits to generate business and understand customer requirements.
Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure regular product movement.
Promote JK Fenner products and increase market penetration and product visibility.
Generate enquiries, follow up with customers and convert opportunities into sales.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.




Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback and territory-wise sales forecasts.
Develop new markets and strengthen business in existing territories.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, automotive spare parts, auto components or a related industry.
Prior experience in dealer/distributor handling and territory sales is preferred.
Candidates with an existing dealer/retailer/distributor network will have an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
