Job Title: School Receptionist

Location: Dinis International Preschool, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad

Job Summary

Dinis International Preschool is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and prospective families. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and guests in a courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Handle admission inquiries and schedule school visits.
Maintain student records and office documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and parent interactions.
Maintain attendance records and visitor registers.
Assist with fee collection coordination and receipt management.
Support school events, admissions, and administrative activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.




Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or school administration.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Experience in a school or preschool workplace will be an added advantage.
