Position: Sales Officer – Loan Against Property (LAP) & Housing Loan
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for Housing Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through field activities, references, connectors, and direct customer visits.
Meet customers directly and explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process.
Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining regular follow-ups with customers.
Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, DSAs, and connectors.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business prospects in assigned areas.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with internal processing and credit teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain daily field visit reports and customer database.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 1 year experience in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, Banking Sales, or Financial Sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willing to travel and work completely in the field.
Basic knowledge of banking and loan documentation preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
