Position: Technical Trainer – Mechanical QA/QC

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust industrial experience in Mechanical QA/QC and be capable of delivering professional classroom training to students and working professionals preparing for careers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and construction industries.

Experienced candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom training on Mechanical QA/QC concepts and industry practices.
Train candidates on piping, equipment, welding, painting, and quality control procedures.
Explain applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, and related specifications.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical sessions, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
Support curriculum development and continuously improve training materials.




Mentor students for interviews and career development.
Maintain training records and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical QA/QC, Inspection, or related industrial projects.
Prior teaching or technical training experience will be an added advantage.
Positive knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and relevant international codes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
