Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Channel Partner Management
Generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C sales activities.
Build, manage, and expand a strong Channel Partner (CP) network.
Drive business growth through existing clients and CP relationships.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to improve engagement and business generation.
Review CP performance quarterly, including target achievement and process improvements.

Client Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Maintain strong project and market knowledge to effectively guide clients.
Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth customer engagement till closure and handover.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Market & Industry Awareness
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Stay updated on real estate market dynamics and emerging opportunities.




Coordinate with internal teams for deeper product understanding and better customer service.

Team Coordination & Compliance
Support teams in deal closures and documentation processes.
Monitor collections and maintain accurate sales records.
Share regular reports and updates with the Sales Head.
Ensure adherence to company systems and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong career stability and sales orientation
Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
