Project Manager I – CXI Discovery

Experience: 9+ Years

Role Summary

Support an 8-week CXI Discovery program by coordinating project plans, workshops, schedules, RAID tracking, deliverables, and governance across multiple tracks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project plan, milestones, workshop calendar, and deliverable tracker.
Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, actions, and decisions.
Maintain RAID, dependency, and action logs and drive timely closure.
Support governance, status reporting, resource coordination, and documentation.
Ensure follow-up on workshop outcomes and deliverables.

Required Skills
3–6 years in relevant Project Management / PMO / Project Coordination.
US Healthcare domain experience mandatory, preferably Payer, Claims, Member Experience, G&A;, Audit, or Regulatory.
Robust stakeholder management, scheduling, RAID, and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.





Key Deliverables: Project Plan, Workshop Calendar, RAID/Action Log, Status Pack, Deliverable Tracker, Meeting Notes, Decision Log.
