Key Responsibilities
Supervise the vehicle washing and cleaning team to ensure high-quality standards.
Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and prepared before delivery or after service.
Monitor daily washing schedules and allocate work efficiently.
Inspect vehicles after washing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing bay and equipment.
Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and water resources.
Train and guide washing staff on quality standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Service and Delivery teams for timely vehicle readiness.
Maintain daily records of washed vehicles and team performance.

Eligibility
Experience as a Washing Supervisor or in automobile vehicle detailing/washing is preferred.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and quality standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced dealership workplace.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Valid driving license is preferred.
