Provide individual and group counselling to students regarding academic, personal, behavioural, and career-related concerns.
Guide students in identifying their interests, strengths, abilities, and career aspirations.
Conduct career guidance sessions, aptitude assessments, and counselling programs.
Assist students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection, higher education, and career pathways.
Identify students who may require additional emotional or academic support and coordinate with teachers and parents where appropriate.
Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions and student progress.
Organize workshops and awareness sessions on career planning, study skills, stress management, and student well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, school management, and parents to support students' overall development.
Stay updated on higher education opportunities, entrance examinations, career trends, and emerging career options.
Ensure a protected, supportive, and confidential setting for students.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
Prior school counselling experience is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
