We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions. This
role requires strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Identify suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and
networking.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Negotiate job offers and assist in finalizing hiring decisions.




Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT recruiting preferred).
* Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
* Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
