Job Summary

We are looking for a Research & Development Executive to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and support the development of current ideas, programs, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collect and analyze relevant data to support business decisions.
Identify new ideas, products, services, and program opportunities.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Support the development and improvement of existing programs and services.
Coordinate with internal teams for research and development activities.
Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and market studies.




Monitor industry developments and emerging trends.
Maintain research data, records, and documentation.
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in research, business development, market analysis, or a similar role.
Robust analytical and research skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and research tools.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
