Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last 2 Saturdays Off)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer closure. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a passion for hiring, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Create and publish job postings on job portals, social media platforms, and company career pages.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.




Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
