About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and social media marketing while working with multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
Manage budgets and ensure productive media spending.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the Content, Design, and Video teams for campaign creatives.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking.
Create remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI tools.
Handle multiple client accounts while meeting campaign deadlines.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Basic understanding of SEO, Local SEO, and keyword research.
Experience with conversion tracking and Pixel implementation.
Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness campaigns.
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI marketing tools.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are an advantage.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
