Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings and detailed designs.
Create 3D views, elevations and interior presentations.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, site and project teams for execution.
Visit project sites and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and colour schemes.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications and quantity estimates wherever required.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants.
Review drawings and resolve design-related site issues.
Ensure projects are completed according to design standards, quality and timelines.
Make modifications to drawings based on client and management requirements.





Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit / Lumion / V-Ray will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of building materials, interior finishes and construction methods.
Robust design and visualization skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in real estate, residential projects, commercial projects or construction.
Candidates who can independently handle drawings and coordinate with site teams will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
