Job Summary

Responsible for driving company vehicle for site and factory-related travel, purchasing materials and tools required for factory and site works, coordinating deliveries, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase factory and site materials as instructed
Visit suppliers and collect quotations/materials
Deliver and transport materials between factory and project sites
Handle site travel for procurement and delivery activities
Maintain purchase bills, delivery notes, and payment records
Coordinate with factory, store, and project team for material requirements
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid work delays
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
Follow traffic rules and secure driving practices




Support loading and unloading of materials when required
Verify material quantity and quality during purchase and delivery

Requirements
Valid driving license
Experience in driving and local material purchasing
Basic knowledge of interior materials, hardware, plywood, laminates, tools, fittings, etc.
Ability to travel to sites and supplier locations
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic bill handling and documentation knowledge

Working Time
Standard Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Timing may vary depending on site requirements and material delivery schedules
Overtime Wage

Reporting To
Factory Manager / Purchase Manager / Project Coordinator

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
