Student Counsellor – Study Abroad

Duties & Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways.
Guide students on suitable destinations including UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and other countries.
Understand students’ academic profiles, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Handle student enquiries, leads, and regular follow-ups to convert prospects into applications.
Achieve monthly and individual targets assigned by management.
Maintain effective communication with students and parents throughout the counselling process.
Assist students with university selection, admission requirements, application procedures, and intakes.




Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth application processing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and applications.
Stay updated on university requirements, courses, scholarships, and study abroad trends.
Contribute to overall branch performance and team targets.
