Job Summary

The Laser Cutting Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to maintaining product quality and machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Load and unload raw materials onto the machine safely.
Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as required.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Replace consumables such as nozzles and lenses when necessary.
Record production data, machine downtime, and quality inspection results.




Identify and report machine malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
Comply with all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Safety Responsibilities
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Follow all machine safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices where applicable.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment defects immediately.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Preferred Experience
1–5 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing or fabrication workplace.
Experience with machines such as Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, Bodor, or similar CNC laser systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
