Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and generate potential customer leads.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, online advertisements, property listings, and promotional campaigns.
Generate and track leads through various channels and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Create and coordinate marketing content such as property posts, brochures, advertisements, and campaign materials.
Monitor marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements to increase leads and conversions.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and other marketing partners for promotional activities.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify recent marketing prospects.
Work closely with the management and sales team to achieve project-wise marketing and sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
