Execute the daily dispatch plan as per business requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely placement of vehicles as per the dispatch plan.
Coordinate closely with the Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, and other relevant teams for smooth operations.
Monitor dispatch activities during the shift and ensure timely completion of planned dispatches.
Follow up on vehicle availability, placement, loading, and dispatch status.
Prepare and maintain daily shift reports, dispatch reports, and operational MIS.
Share required reports and updates through WhatsApp and Email with concerned stakeholders.
Escalate delays, vehicle-related issues, or operational challenges to the concerned team.
Ensure proper communication and coordination among all teams involved in the dispatch process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
