The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering excellent guest service. This role acts as a link between the service team and management while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide waiters and stewards during service
Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served promptly
Take orders and assist in service during busy hours
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service timing
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
Train current staff on service standards and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
Prepare duty rosters and manage team shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
