Organizational Role: Store Executive

OBJECTIVES:
To get the materials at right time
in right quantity and quality at right cost

Material purchase:
Material requirement by site In change.
Checking of material Balance Stock In Store.
Preparation of Indent.
Sending Indent to Purchase Department.
Purchase Department Prepares P.O.
Purchase Department send P.O. To Suppliers & Store.
Suppliers send materials as per P.O. at sites.
Material Gates received at sites.
Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy.
Preparation of G.R.N.
Storing the material and updating the stock.

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Excellent communication skills

· The skills to work both independently and as a part of a team

· A positive, confident & determined approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
