Reports To - Operations Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented RTO Executive to manage all RTO-related documentation and vehicle registration processes. The candidate will ensure timely completion of registration, taxation, insurance coordination, and other statutory formalities while maintaining compliance with RTO regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle current vehicle registration and RTO documentation.
Process vehicle registration, smart cards, number plates, and RC issuance.
Coordinate with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) for all vehicle-related approvals.
Prepare and verify customer documents required for registration.
Ensure timely submission of registration fees, road tax, and other statutory charges.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain records of all RTO transactions and customer documents.
Track pending RCs, HSRP number plates, and other RTO-related activities.




Resolve RTO-related customer queries and provide status updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly RTO status reports.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of RTO rules and vehicle registration procedures.
Familiarity with VAHAN and other RTO portals.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification
12th or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
2–5 years of experience as an RTO Executive in an automobile dealership.
Experience with two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealerships preferred.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
