We're Hiring: Centre Manager – Germany Education & Immigration

EIG Overseas is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead our Germany Education & Healthcare Careers division.

What You'll Do
Lead and motivate a team of counsellors.
Drive admissions and revenue growth.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitor sales performance and daily KPIs.
Conduct team training and performance reviews.
Coordinate with processing and visa teams.
Build local partnerships and support marketing initiatives.

We're Looking For
3–8 years of experience in sales or branch management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in education,



overseas consultancy, banking, or insurance is preferred.
Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
