Manage daily salon operations and staff.
Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Explain salon services, offers, and packages to customers.
Maintain good knowledge of salon products and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Monitor sales, appointments, and daily salon activities.
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.
Robust customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Valuable product knowledge in salon and beauty products.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
