Microbiologist – SSS International Agro Products

Job Summary

SS Palm Oils is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the food manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will assist in microbiological testing, laboratory operations, food safety monitoring, and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental samples.
Prepare culture media, reagents, and laboratory equipment.
Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory test results.
Support environmental monitoring and hygiene verification activities.
Follow GMP, GLP, HACCP, and laboratory SOPs.
Assist in investigating contamination and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain laboratory records and ensure proper documentation.
Support quality control and food safety initiatives.




Adhere to laboratory safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques, aseptic practices, and food safety standards.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
