Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end accounting activities for Private Equity funds using Investran.
Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, NAV calculations, and financial statements.
Process capital calls, distributions, equalizations, transfers, and investor allocations.
Maintain investor and fund-level records within Investran.
Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies.
Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, including capital account statements.
Assist with waterfall calculations, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, administrators, and client stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting deliverables as per SLA timelines.
Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to queries.




Identify process improvements and maintain strong operational controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or Alternative Investment operations.
Hands-on experience with Investran is required.
Solid understanding of PE fund structures, capital activities, investor accounting, and NAV processes.
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS financial reporting concepts preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team setting.
