About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and other digital channels
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to derive actionable insights
Identify and define target audiences for each campaign and craft content that resonates with them
Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts, developing a strategy aligned with business objectives
Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other marketing collateral
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
0 TO 4 + years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role




Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO/SEM
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
