Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for commercial interior fit-out projects, including offices, retail stores, hospitals, banks, and other commercial spaces. The role involves quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, material costing, and preparing competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works.
Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare detailed commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams.
Maintain updated material rates and supplier databases.
Support billing, variation orders, and project cost tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Solid knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and commercial costing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
