We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing customers. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction, increasing product adoption, driving TSS renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups to understand business requirements.
Ensure timely TSS renewals and promote the adoption of the latest Tally releases.
Generate additional revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and add-on solutions.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the support and implementation teams for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Achieve monthly renewal, customer engagement,
and revenue targets.
