RF Systems Design Engineer – RF & High-Speed Data Conversion

B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/RF & Microwave with 5–10 years of relevant RF hardware

design experience.

 Robust experience in RF system architecture and design of transmitters,

receivers, up/down converters and transceivers.

 Hands-on experience with RF front-end ICs, LNAs, PAs, mixers, attenuators,

filters, PLLs and synthesizers.

 Experience with Analog Devices ADRV series and similar RF

transceiver/front-end ICs.

 Robust experience with high-speed ADCs/DACs and direct RF/IF sampling

architectures.

 Experience in designing RF boards, IF boards and mixed-signal RF/FPGA

boards.

 Positive understanding of frequency planning, gain/loss budget, noise figure,

dynamic range, IP3, P1dB, phase noise and spurious performance.

 Experience with LO generation, clock distribution,



synchronization and high-

speed data interfaces such as JESD204B/C.

 Hands-on experience with RF PCB design, controlled impedance, RF routing,

grounding, shielding and high-frequency layout.

 Experience in RF measurements using VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal

generator, power meter and high-speed oscilloscope.

 Experience in integration of RF front end + ADC/DAC + FPGA/DSP +

processor systems.

 Experience in RF board bring-up, characterization, troubleshooting and

design validation.

 Experience in SATCOM, radar, SDR, phased-array, telemetry or

communication systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
