Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the service team regarding table availability and guest requirements.
Maintain accurate information on table status and reservations.
Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
Manage waiting guests and provide estimated waiting times.
Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate issues to the Manager when required.
Maintain excellent grooming, body language, and communication standards.
Support the restaurant team during busy hours and special events.
Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
