Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments/meeting schedules
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Manage courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support basic administrative and HR coordination activities
Handle office supplies and inventory requirements




Ensure a positive first impression of the organization

Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience
0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and skilled personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
