The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate patient billing, invoice generation, payment collection, insurance documentation (if applicable), daily cash reconciliation, and maintaining a seamless billing experience for patients while adhering to company policies and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate accurate invoices for consultations, procedures, pharmacy, and laboratory services.
Verify treatment plans before billing.
Ensure all discounts and approvals are properly authorized.
Maintain complete billing records.
Payment Collection Collect payments through Cash, UPI, Cards, Bank Transfer, etc. Issue receipts immediately after payment.
Process refunds only after obtaining authorized approvals.
Cash Management Perform daily cash reconciliation.
Submit daily collection reports.
Ensure zero cash discrepancies.
Deposit collections as per company policy Patient Coordination Explain billing details to patients.
Resolve billing queries professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and physician assistants regarding treatment packages.



Reports & Documentation Daily Billing Report Cash Collection Report Pending Payment Report Compliance Follow GST and statutory billing guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure all bills are generated through authorized software only.

Ltd., ensuring seamless coordination across all departments, including Front Office, Billing, Physician Assistants, Nursing, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, Marketing Coordination, Inventory, and Patient Experience.
The role requires robust leadership, operational excellence, team management, financial accountability, and strict adherence to clinic protocols to deliver exceptional patient care while achieving business objectives.

Pay: ₹9,235.89 - ₹33,181.07 per month
